 How does check-in work?

At the property we use digital check-in for which the instructions will arrive to your email address shortly after booking - this helps us maintain a smooth arrival experience without excessive paperwork.

What’s the easiest way to get to the property from the airport?

We are about 40 minutes taxi drive from Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino Airports and there is an express train line that connects the airport with Rome’s central railway station called Termini.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check in from 2PM and check out before 11AM. Whenever we have the possibility and flexibility we will try to provide our guests earlier room access or an extension for late check out, subject to availability, offering priority to guests who made their booking directly through our website.

WHAT ABOUT BREAKFAST?

We don’t serve breakfast at the property and it is not included in the reservation price but you can take advantage of your room’s kitchenette, mini fridge and sitting area for in-room dining.

How many guests can each room accommodate?

The Deluxe Grey room was designed to occupancy for 2, the Deluxe Gold and Silver rooms and the Junior Suite are suitable to accomodate maximum 3 adults (one in extra rollaway bed), the Junior Suite Deluxe and Duplex Suite maximum 2 adults plus 2 additional guests in sofa beds. Cots are available free of charge.

Are there dining facilities at the property?

No - there is no common dining area at the property however all rooms are equipped with a Nespresso corner including coffee machine, tea kettle, cutlery and a mini fridge. If you need a proper dining area with cooking facilities the Duplex Suite has all these features.

Are the property and rooms accessibility friendly?

Some parts of our historical building are not wheelchair accessible. There is a lift that can bring you to our property from the so called half-floor however it’s important to note that it’s situated 10 grades over ground level.

Do you have cots available for use?

Cots are available free of charge in every room for children aged 0-3 years.

Can I park around the place?

Due to the strict regulations of the ’Centro Storico’ we don’t have access to parking places around the property and the area is mostly inaccessible to private cars (Monday to Friday 06:30 - 18:00 and Saturday 14:00-18:00). One of the closest log-term parking lot outside the limited area is Parking Giulia, about ten minutes walk from our address.
